Longest Relationship

So here it is 2020 the start of a new decade! And thank F*ck that 2019 is over. But also thank god we have seen the back of this '10 year challenge' stuff on Instagram and the whole 'my 2019 highlights'. Your not a premier league footballer looking for a potential transfer in the summer you don't need to self promote and try and show what a wonderful life you have had over the last 12 months to complete strangers on the internet. This is the first post on my first EVER blog, so please bare with me! I'm not sure if there is an audience for a man talking about his feelings & mental health. Plenty of women seem to take or get a lot from this yet to see a mans perspective. What I will say is I'm hoping this helps me with a number of things and if it helps anyone else then thats just a bonus! So here's the heavy shit & background in how I am here on a rather chilly night in December at 9pm sat in my rented house at the age of 26 having had what I would describe as a hard 2 years! Now I totally understand some people have been through FAR worse in life and I am extremely fortunate to be in work, with a roof over my head and food in my stomach each and every day.
